Cinzia Di Bartolo, a graduate in Economics and International Finance from the Catholic University of Milan, began her career working in major international banks such as HSBC and JP Morgan Chase before embarking on a career in Management Consulting.
Since 2008 she has worked at IBM as a business and strategy consultant in various sectors, such as Oil & Gas, Telco and Automotive, with a preference for banking and finance. In 2011 she was called by "Be Shaping the Future", an Italian boutique specialising in ICT consulting in Financial Services, which chose her to lead complex transformation projects in large Italian banks such as Intesa Sanpaolo and UniCredit. Since 2018, she has also taken on the role of Senior Adviser for the Italian Banking Association and Trainer in Payments & Open Banking & Finance.
